Order Details and Business Verification When Placing Order
SUPER DELIVERY is a wholesale marketplace.
To ensure a safe and secure experience for both vendors and members (buyers), we verify business and order details for first-time orders, and when business information verification is deemed necessary.
Verification Process:
The verification process takes about 1-2 business days to review your registration and payment information. During this time, your purchase history will display “Confirming Payment,” indicating that the vendor cannot process the order yet
Additional information may be requested based on your registration and order details. To prevent fraudulent activity, if there is no clear connection between your business information and the ordered products, if registration details are insufficient, if the order amount is substantial, or if further information is required, SUPER DELIVERY will contact you via your registered email. Kindly check your email frequently until the order is confirmed.
Response Deadline:
As vendors need to verify inventory, we may set a deadline for your response when requesting additional information. Failure to reply by the deadline will result in order cancellation and temporary suspension of your account.
Important Notes:
Please note that if your order is canceled due to unverified information within the specified time, any coupons applied to that order will be rendered void. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
