About Points(Rules for SD Points)

How to check SD Points

As a Standard Plan user, you can earn Points when you order with Paid (deferred payment service).
Your saved points can be used for your next purchase.

*Points cannot be used for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
*Terms and Conditions about Points

You can check your points statement in the upper right corner “XX points”.

Points Earning and Expiration Date

Point is calculated by “product pricEarning points are “product price” x 2%.
*Point can only be earned for orders with Paid(deferred payment service).

Example: Product price JPY 10,000 x 2% point earning rate = 200 points earned

Points will be awarded when the vendor processes the shipping.
Earned Points will be removed when a return is made.

Points Expiration

Points are valid for one year from the awarded month.
(e.g., if your last points earning was in April 2018, … it will expire at the end of March 2019)

If you earn new points before the expiration date, your points will not expire. However the points will be lost when you cancel your membership.

Redeeming /Calculation Method

You can use your points at a minimum of 100 points. 1 point = 1 JPY.

Please enter the points you wish to be redeemed in the shopping cart.
You can use up to a total of 500,000 points a month.

*Points cannot be used for shipping or COD charges.
*Points cannot be used for cash on delivery (COD) payments.
*Once an order is completed, the amount of points used cannot be changed or cancelled.

Calculation Method for Billing Amount with Points Redeemed

Product price (tax included) – Use of points + Shipping cost = Billing Amount

*The price shown on the delivery note is the total amount before points are subtracted.
*The billing amount after points deducted is shown on the invoice and shipping confirmation e-mail.

Regarding Point Allocation

*Points used for multiple purchases will be allocated in the order in which the items are shipped.
*The items that points will be allocated to will be determined at the time of shipment. Points cannot be changed after shipment.

Candellation/Returns

In case of cancellation (including missing items and sold-out items) before shipment

Part of Order Points will be used for any remaining items scheduled to be shipped.

Only points to be earned from canceled products will be lost.

When Refunded
