About the Coupon (Coupon Rules)
How to Use
Please select the coupon at the order page.
Only one coupon can be used if you have multiple ones.
*Coupon cannot be used for “Cash on Delivery”payment.
*Coupon cannot be changed after you place the order.
Coupon has the expiration date.
You can check it at your “Cart”page.
The amount on “delivery note” shows the amount “before”the coupon used.
You can check the invoices and shippment email for the amount “after”the coupon used.
You can also check the amount at the “shipped out” tab on your order history page.
About the Coupon Use
1.Shipping Fee Coupon (coupons applicable to the shipping fee)
The discount rate will be applied to the shipping fee of the order for which the coupon is used.
The coupon will be applied to each shipping fee, even if multiple shipments are made on a single order.
※A coupon applied to the shipping fee can be used for up to 100 suppliers per order.
※When the suppliers eligible for the coupon are limited, the coupon will not be applied to orders from other suppliers.
2.Product Purchase Price Coupon (coupons applicable to the amount of product purchased)
Coupon will be applied for the largest amount for each product.

*If the “coupon applied” product was sold out, price cut or amount changed, and the amount has been changed, the coupon amount will be deducted as well. The deducted amount cannot be re-use for other products.

*When the products amount has been changed due to sold-out, price cut or amount change, the discount rate will be applied based on the updated product amount.
*There might be a limitation for using coupons based on each vendor.
Cancel, Sold-out/Refund
If some of the coupon-applied products are canceled or sold out, the coupon applied to those products will be lost.
Coupons will be reissued if all of the coupon-applied products are canceled or sold out.
However, it will not be reissued if the coupon has expired by the time of reissue.
When “coupon applied” product is refunded, there will be a refund after deduct the “coupon amount”
