*After the refund processing by the vendor side, the refund method will differ depending on the payment method.

| Paid (pay later) | The return fee for Paid will be offset from the billing amount for the following month. *If the billing amount is less than the refund amount, it will be offset in the month of the billing amount that exceeds the refund amount. |
| credit card | We will send the refund data to your credit card when we handle the refund. Please check the statement issued by your card company. The refund method is based on the contract between you and your card company. The charge method is the same as when you make the order. Please confirm the payment method on the closing date of your credit card.
*If your credit card cannot be used temporarily due to the reason for the customer or credit card company’s issue, the refund data from us may not be able to sent to your credit card company successfully. |
